Jacob’s hidden announcement

In the studio, Jacob informs Lasse that the majority of his stand-up material is off-colour, and he’s frequently asked why he doesn’t do any political material.

He then reveals that he has hidden a political message in plain view, in his stand-up, if one just follows an overly complicated set of rules.

Jacob presents footage cut together from his various televised stand-up shows, which reveal the message: “I have something fantastic to announce.

I have used folk dancing to lure Immigration Control and the Tax Authority and Paradise Hotel [a reality TV show] contestants to Horsens [a large Danish city].

That’s better than Venstre [a political party with a tough stance on immigration].” The clip ends with a voice-over imploring viewers to vote for Jacob Taarnhøj.

In the studio, Jacob formally announces his intention to run for political office.

After taking a victory lap around the studio, Jacob then announces his retirement from politics, as he had not been able to gain enough votes in the most recent election.

Lasse awards Jacob fourth place.
