The brief for the task is as follows:
In the lab there are 10 pairs of glasses.
The pairs of glasses may not leave the lab.
Without breaking any of the pairs of glasses, put all the pairs of glasses into the smallest of these boxes.
You must select your box before leaving the caravan, and may not then change your mind.
Smallest box containing all the pairs of glasses with the lid shut properly wins.
You have a maximum total time of five minutes.

Here's a brief description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on writing up some additional detail, though!
- James chose box I, thinking the pairs of glasses would be spectacles, getting 12/20 of the glasses into his box.
- Jessica chose box E, thinking the pairs of glasses would be comedic giant glasses, getting all of the pairs of glasses into her box.
- Kerry chose box H, thinking the pairs of glasses would be spectacles, getting 15/20 of the glasses into her box.
- Phil chose box F, guessing that it would be a trick and that he'd have to put drinking glasses in the box. He managed to put all the pairs of glasses into his box, but broke one glass. Greg judged that as it was not a pair of glasses that broke, his attempt would still count.
- Rhod left the caravan before choosing his box, then came back to choose box G, failing to get all of the pairs of glasses into his box. He was disqualified from the task.
