Andy labels his “Nexus of Truth”

Andy decides to label his groin (inside his trousers) “The Nexus of Truth”, thus coining the episode title. For his surprising noise, he combines a ‘woof’ and a ‘miaow’ together. For his interesting leg movement, Andy approaches Alex from the front, rubs his cricket pads down the front of each of Alex’s legs, and then repeats the action on the backs of Alex’s legs. As he does so, he leaves white stains on Alex’s black trousers.

Having received the second task brief, Andy says “Well, I think we’re both regretting what’s just happened.”

In the studio, Alex announces that the production team has added “The Nexus of Truth” to the online slang dictionary Urban Dictionary (which is true), prompting Andy to say that “It’s nice to leave a legacy for future generations.”

After starting the second part of the task, Andy admits “I wish I’d chosen a shorter phrase”, as he again writes down “The Nexus of Truth” on a new sticky note. His leg rubs with Alex become much quicker as he repeats his sequence of actions, and he comments that “This is not the way we wanted our careers to go”, and then asks Alex “Is this legal?” (to which Alex responds “Not everywhere”).

In the studio, Greg describes Andy’s attempt as “powerfully homoerotic”, and Alex reveals that Andy had managed to complete the sequence of actions 19 times.

After Alex reveals that Jack had completed 40 repetitions of his own sequence of actions, Andy challenges whether Jack’s leg movement could accurately be defined as ‘interesting’, prompting Jack to respond “Yeah, Krusty the Clown is questioning it.”, which sends Babatunde into a fit of giggles. Greg reacts to Andy’s objection by stating that “He’s all irritable because he’s made his Nexus of Truth sore.”

Andy earns 3 points for his 19 repetitions.
