Bianca is meticulous

Bianca is meticulous in her drawing, spending a significant amount of time on her nose – and her nostrils in particular. She draws herself smiling, with tears coming out of her eyes – presumably crying with laughter.

Louis compliments that Bianca had accurately drawn her eyes, in particular, and awards her joint first place.
