Rhys clocks off early

Rhys is a Taurus, and their horoscope reads as follows:
You may find yourself feeling more introspective than usual. Remember to take care of yourself and prioritise self-care. Trust your instincts and don’t be afraid to make changes that bring you closer to desired outcomes.
When Tom Cashman asks how they take care of themselves, Rhys says they aren’t really taking care of themselves at the moment, stating that they are very tired and stressed about being on Taskmaster, and what the Taskmaster thinks of them.
Tom then observes that another relevant factor might be that it is Rhys’ birthday that day (22nd April).
After looking at the horoscope again, and highlighting the part about trusting your instincts and making changes to bring you closer to your desired outcomes, Rhys announces “I want to go home”, takes off their microphone, and then changes their outfit. They then get into a car and are driven away from the house, while Tom waves goodbye.
In the studio, Tom Gleeson confirms that Rhys had left in the middle of a task, and that Rhys was happy to let the whole production grind to a halt because they were feeling a little bit selfish. Rhys reveals that when they’d removed their mic, they’d asked the sound guy if it was alright, and he’d said “Mate, no complaints”.
Tom Cashman confirms that Rhys had left the house 45 minutes before the scheduled end of the day, so had worked 45 minutes less than everyone else, and was therefore technically being paid A$3 more per hour than the other contestants. Rhys responds that “That’s self-care if ever I’ve seen it.”
For leaving the house early, Rhys earns just 1 point.
