Rhys invents ‘Touchball’

Having read the task brief, Rhys stands in the doorway of the caravan and asks “Sport? What even is sport?”.
Rhys creates a sport which they name “touchball”, which involves one player – the “ball wanter” – being blindfolded for 90 seconds, before attempting to touch a red exercise ball with a mannequin leg, while the other player – “the ball toucher” – tries to keep the ball safe and untouched for five minutes.
Tom Cashman is assigned as the first ‘ball wanter’, and dons his blindfold, while Rhys – wearing a yellow sun visor – picks up the ball and runs off with it towards the dock, before throwing it into the lake. After 90 seconds, Tom removes his blindfold and runs off to find the ball, holding his mannequin leg.
Tom arrives at the lake to see that the exercise ball has floated over to the other side, and been caught in some weeds near the bank. With just 42 seconds left, he leaps over the fence and runs to the other side of the lake, reaching and touching the ball with only 9 seconds remaining on the clock.
After screaming “NO!” in defeat, Rhys falls to their knees on the dock, and starts pretending to cry. They then congratulate Tom and present him with the yellow sun visor, informing him that he is now the ‘ball toucher’. While Tom says it feels good, Rhys claims to feel terrible, and kicks over some of the chess pieces on the board near the dock as they leave.
In the studio, after Tom Gleeson excitedly points out that he had won, Tom Cashman says “You know what would be written on my business card now? Victorious.” However, both Pete and Rhys then suggest “Or ball toucher?”.
When Tom Gleeson asks Rhys how they’d gotten through the task without making any double-entendres, they reply that “It was hard”, before adding “Something, something, gay.”
Tom awards Rhys last place, and they also lose 2 point for losing their game to Tom Cashman, so they end up with minus 1 point.
