Rhys insults Tom much later than usual

Rhys rips the first task brief into small pieces, while looking at Tom Cashman the whole time, and asking him if he likes it. Rhys then says it’s the most eye contact they have ever made with someone, and that they’ve been with their partner for 12 years.
As Tom hands Rhys the second task brief, Rhys swears, before guessing that they will have to piece the task back together. After reading the second task brief, they look at the pieces of paper and quickly spot the words “Insult Tom”, but aren’t sure if the objective is to insult him the most.
Upon re-examining the pieces, they make are able to make out “Insult Tom. [something]-est wins”, so they announce that they are just going to insult Tom a lot and then leave.
Rhys begins by saying “This is probably the best work opportunity you’re going to get.” When Tom asks if that is an insult, Rhys claims that in 10 years it will be, so Tom clarifies that it will become an insult in 10 years.
Rhys then says that when they were ripping up the paper, Tom had been making a micro expression with his “dumb little face”. When Rhys says that’s another one to add to the insults, Tom blows the whistle.
After Tom thanks Rhys, Rhys thanks Tom, and then tells him that they hate him.
It’s revealed that Rhys took 6 minutes and 55 seconds to insult Tom. Rhys admits that it was a rare day that they didn’t just start the task by insulting Tom.
Rhys earns 3 points.
