Mel’s embarrassing drama journal

Mel brings in her unfinished Bachelor of Contemporary Performance drama reflection journal.

Tom Gleeson suggests that hearing Mel read from it would be painful, but hearing the journal itself express its thoughts would be even worse. Mel agrees, and adds that it would be awful if the production team had a photo of the open journal for everyone at home to see. A photo of the journal is then shown on screen.

Mel describes the journal as a disaster and then reads out what she deems to be the worst part: “I was starting to judge myself, so I took a risk by putting the energy ball in my bum.” She admits that she didn’t receive a good mark, but then points out that no-one else from her class is on Taskmaster.

Tom Gleeson states that even the small sample was horrific, and Mel earns 3 points.
