Jesper makes a zeppelin

Jesper finds a tank of helium, and uses it to fill up a garbage bag and a balloon (which he declares will be “as safe as a zeppelin”). Jesper tapes the balloon to the garbage bag, and releases them both. The weight of the garbage bag keeps the balloon from flying away, and the garbage bag does indeed hover, albeit with a bit of assistance from Jesper blowing air from below it, periodically. Eventually, Jesper’s ‘zeppelin’ travels over the fence and into the neighbouring garden, where it soon touches the ground. Jesper’s zeppelin hovers for 3 minutes and 47 seconds, earning him second place.
