Thomas’ embarrassing announcement

Thomas relates the story of his first stand-up tour, during which he had to take press release photos for an unnamed magazine.

He talks about how the photo chosen was particularly awful, to the point that when the magazine came out, his ex-girlfriend had sent him a copy along with a note reading “it’s no wonder I left you”.

Thomas reveals that he’s spent a long time trying to acquire every copy of the magazine that was printed, so he could burn them, but that Ruben Søltoft (a contestant from season 1) had gotten his hands on a copy, so it was only a matter of time before the picture became widely known to the public.

Thomas then reveals the terrible picture, in which his head is wrapped in Christmas lights.
