Season synopsis

Season 5 of Taskmaster AU is currently in production, with filming of the live studio sessions having taken place at NEP Studios near Sydney between the 17th and 21st of March 2025.

The cast has been announced as Anisa Nandaula, Brett Blake, Celia Pacquola, Joel Creasey, and Rove McManus.

It was originally anticipated that the season would air in late 2025, but it now seems more likely that it will go out in early 2026.

On the 27th of February 2025, Tom Gleeson announced on his Instagram account that applications for tickets to attend the filming of live studio recordings were now open, via thatstheticket.com.au.
On the 18th of March 2025, it was announced that the cast for the season would consist of Anisa Nandaula, Brett Blake, Celia Pacquola, Joel Creasey, and Rove McManus.
