Josh uses almost every part of his body

Josh uses his right hand to support both jars, and keeps his left wrist against one jar, while using his left hand to open the door.

He initially tries to just knock the party hat directly onto his head, but then ends up picking it up with his mouth. He then panics while struggling to use his left hand to move the hat up onto his head from his mouth. He eventually manages to grip the string with his right hand, and the hat with his left, and get it onto his head.

Josh retrieves the trousers and sits down, sliding his right leg into it and shaking his leg to help while his left hand pulls the trousers up, eventually getting them on successfully.

He opens the present with his hands while the blower is in his mouth, using his face to also support the present and keep it steady while he tears off the wrapping paper.
