Concetta subjects Tom Cashman to exposure therapy

Concetta is a Leo, and her horoscope reads as follows:
Today is a day for you to embrace your natural leadership qualities. Your natural charisma and confidence will help you succeed in any endeavours you pursue. Use this opportunity to inspire and motivate those around you but be mindful of not coming across as too domineering. Take charge and lead the way.
Concetta begins by asking Tom what some of his fears are. We then see Tom getting into the dog kennel (as later used in the ‘Hide from Tom’ task, in episode 9) at the back of the house. Concetta reveals that Tom had told her that his fears are heights, confined spaces, loneliness, and death.
She has written down some ways to die, and passes the paper on which they are written to Tom, inside the kennel, where he reads them. They include “You can die in your sleep”, “If someone punches you near the heart, it could stop”, “You could die on the toilet, like Elvis did”, and “Blue-ringed octopus could sting you at the beach”. She then tells Tom that he can face any challenge that comes his way.
When Tom asks her if putting him in a box and reminding him of disease might be considered ‘domineering’, Concetta denies that it is. She then puts her hand into the kennel and says that Tom can hold it to make him feel less alone.
In the studio, Tom Gleeson comments that Concetta’s version of inspiration seemed very similar to torture. Concetta admits that she didn’t love it, and says she hated seeing Tom Cashman scared, and that was why she let him hold her hand.
When Tom Gleeson suggests that it was like exposure therapy, Concetta agrees and says that it came from a good place, because she’s a Leo.
Tom decides that Concetta had done a really good job, and awards her 4 points.
