Arnaud gains a new respect for tennis players

Arnaud does not touch any of the balls prior to reading the task brief. With the luxury of being able to choose his ball, he opts for the tennis ball. After a test bounce of the tennis ball, he instantly regrets his choice, stating that he’d thought it would bounce a lot more (though admitting that he’s not much of a tennis player).
After exhausting himself by unsuccessfully attempting shots from various points on the driveway, Alex tells Antoine that he’s gained a higher level of respect for tennis players while attempting this task.
After many more failed attempts, Arnaud realises that he can just pick up the bin and attempt to catch the ball with it himself, rather than aiming for a stationary target.
He still takes several attempts to catch the tennis ball with the bin, because he keeps waiting for the ball’s bounces to diminish until it’s basically rolling, before trying to scoop it up. He blames his overall performance on the “really shitty” tennis ball.
With eight bounces, Arnaud earns third place.
