Kate gets tripped up by an apostrophe

Kate immediately checks the jar on the table and finds the UV torch, which she uses to read the extra hidden instruction on the front of the task brief. She then checks Alex’s hands, and sees that they are handcuffed behind his back.
After finding the hidden clue on the back of the task brief, Kate tentatively picks up the phone from the desk and looks it over. After finding nothing useful, she scans the rest of the room for clues, and eventually spots the telephone in the painting.
Kate uses the hidden code on the painting to open the cupboard, then retrieves and solves the jigsaw puzzle, before following the clue to the book.
After finding the word ‘she’d’ on the referenced page, Kate exclaims that this can’t be right. After Alex prompts her to repeat the word, she eventually realises that it is pointing her to the shed.
Kate brings the piñata back to the study and breaks it open with a croquet mallet, finding the clue pointing to the melted clock ornament, and then the photo of the key in Alex’s hand.
Kate frees Alex after 21 minutes and 45 seconds, earning 2 points.
