Rhys surrounds themself with balls

Rhys firstly hides in the ball pit, and Tom Cashman incorrectly guesses that they are in the closet. In the shed, Tom calls himself an idiot, but then comes out and guesses the closet again.

This pattern continues, with Rhys hiding in the kennel, then the ball pit again, and then the closet. After Tom incorrectly guesses that Rhys is in the tent and then heads back to the shed, Rhys emerges from the kennel and asks him “Don’t turn around, but how long do we do this for?”. Tom shouts back “As long as it takes.”

Tom continues to rotate through guesses—closet, tent, then closet again—while Rhys keeps switching their hiding spot. Eventually, Tom guesses the tent one more time, and Rhys opens the door of the tent, saying “Hi Tom. Good boy.”

When Rhys jokes that Tom just wanted to say that they were in the closet, Tom explains that he assumed that Rhys would get into the closet once it had already been guessed, so he just kept guessing the same thing to try to catch them out. Rhys agrees with his strategy but points out that Tom had missed the fact that there was also a ball pit, asking “Where would I prefer to be in my life, Tom? In the closet, or surrounded by balls?”. Tom admits that Rhys is always one step ahead.

As Rhys prepares to leave the scene of the task, they admit they’ve been thinking a lot about Pete jumping into the ball pit. When Tom asks what he should guess first for Pete, Rhys suggests “Kennel” and then walks off.

In the studio, Tom Gleeson praises Rhys for being very good at hiding, and for looking like a Cluedo villain. Rhys is found after nine guesses and wins the task, earning 5 points.
