Joe and Sian disconnected the hammock from the frame, laying it on the ground. They then put several heavy objects on the hammock, arguing that they had put things in the hammock (as 'in' means 'to be surrounded by') and that if you ordered a hammock online, it would arrive in a box disassembled, but would still be counted as a hammock.
