Ève uses a garden rake to keep a basketball on a treadmill

Ève initially tries to use an ice hockey stick to keep the ball on the treadmill, but it breaks before the running machine is even turned on.

With just seconds left, she returns from the shed with a garden rake, and is able to use that to keep the ball on the treadmill for 44 seconds.

She earns third place for her effort.
