Melvin rides the toboggan

Melvin uses a thick blanket to hold all of the cabbage. He then gets on top of the blanket and rides down the ramp with the toboggan.

At the end of the ramp, Melvin – holding the blanket – tumbles off of the toboggan, though the cabbages stay inside the blanket.

As the cabbages needed to be on the toboggan at the end of the race, Melvin is listed as having completed the task with no cabbages left. He therefore earns joint third place.
