Jesper makes a Santa beard out of dairy products

Lasse guesses that Jesper's beard is made out of dried corn cobs, mouldy vegetables, and hair.

It is actually a layer of sour cream, onto which he's placed gorgonzola cheese.

Jesper wins the task.
