Ardal creates an edible sculpture

Here's a brief description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working writing up more detail!

Ardal initially marinated some bread in water and egg yolks. He then sculpted a retired one-armed ballerina from tofu, jelly (to dye the tutu and make the ballerina's face) and an egg shell hat, which he received 4 points for.
