Ardal pokes out a body part

Here's a brief description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working writing up more detail!

During Ardal's preparation time, he asked for a wooden spoon and yoghurt with the intention to beat a part of his body so much that it would swell into an unlikely shape. He poked his arm in a sock, with the arm decorated with a smiley face, out of the shower curtain intending to look like a neck, but Greg correctly guessed it was Ardal's arm. As he left, it was revealed he was wearing no trousers for no apparent reason. He received 0 points.
