Neel makes a quick-change outfit

Here's a description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to illustrate it.

Neel begins dressed as some sort of royal or religious figure, wearing an orange velvet robe and a pope hat. Her second outfit is a neon green bodysuit, pink tutu, blue arm warmers, and flowers in her hair. Neel is awarded second place.
