Simon builds a spaghetti bridge

Here's a description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to illustrate it.

Simon makes a spaghetti bridge, then balances the majority of his cookies on either side of it to avoid the risk of weighing down the middle. While he is balancing the final few cookies on his bridge, Tobias walks over and knocks the whole bridge down. Simon starts to build again, but runs out of time. Lasse acknowledges that Simon had come very close to finishing the whole thing, and awards the win to Simon.
