Victor moves the goalposts

While untangling the hose, Victor asks if the ball has to stay on the course. He re-reads the task, and realises that the only rule involving the course is that the ball has to cross the finish line. He quickly runs to the other end of the course and grabs the finishing line, setting it right in front of the ball. He then uses the hose to spray the ball through the goal. Victor therefore finishes in 54 seconds and wins the task.
