Sarah technically follows the rules

Sarah gathers a hand-wagon, a fabric tunnel, and a bathtub, and puts them all in the centre of the garden.

Her strategy seems to be that she will move these items towards the tennis balls, but release them just before they catch the balls (therefore the balls are not caught with anything she is holding).

She manages to catch just two balls, and earns joint second place.
