Heino reacts to a dad joke
In Heino’s first three pictures, he holds up a spoon, a knife, and a fork in succession.
In the final picture, he is shown strangling himself with rope.
There is a ‘dad joke’ in Denmark regarding silverware, which doesn’t translate well into English.
The punchline is ‘Det kan jo ske at det kan knive med gaflerne’ (roughly, ‘After all, it can happen that it can cut with a fork.’).
‘Ske’ as a verb means ‘happen’ and, as a noun, it means ‘spoon’.
Likewise, ‘knive’ can refer to a knife itself, or to the act of cutting.
In the studio, Heino declares that he wants “that forks with knives joke” to stop, and that he’ll hang himself the next time he hears it.
Lasse awards Heino second place.
