Heino the saboteur

When the starting whistle is blown, Heino immediately runs backstage.

He eventually re-emerges with some gaffer tape, which he uses to tape part of Victor’s tower together, to sabotage him (a taped tower would not be considered ‘free-standing’).

In the closing seconds of the task, Heino builds a short tower for himself, but outside of the hoop (the task dictated that the tower had to be inside the hoop), and also tries to sabotage Sarah’s tower wit tape, but it’s too high for him to reach.

Heino is disqualified for the placement of his tower.
