Kiell wastes the hose

Here's a brief description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working writing up more detail!

Kiell decided that nobody else was going to use the hose, after doing impressions of all of the other contestants. However, instead of making the hose as long as possible and putting the end in the glass before turning on the tap, Kiell just aimed the spray from the hose at the glass from 8.5 metres away. He failed to fill the glass, so received zero points.
