Bård's volunteer commitment

Bård brings in what at first appears to be a regular reflective vest, but then he shows that the back has a Natteravnene ('Night Ravens', a volunteer citizen patrol) logo on it.

He explains that it was prompted by one of his kids' schools asking for volunteers, and that the winner of the episode will therefore have to patrol the region from Majorstua to Borgen in Oslo.

He insists that this is not a joke, and that the commitment must be adhered to, and so also notes that he will not do it himself unless he actually wins the episode.
