Hadi calls a real estate agent
Hadi’s hometown is Brejning (a small railway town in southern Denmark).
After reading the task brief, Hadi immediately has the idea to call Jonna, a real estate agent he knows in Brejning.
Hadi’s task attempt becomes an actual pitch video for Brejning, and has the feel of a cheesy 1990s video aimed at teens, complete with a light hip hop instrumental and unnecessary camera effects (such as spinning scene transitions).
After a few images of local landmarks are shown, Jonna appears in front of the camera and addresses Lasse specifically, calling Brejning “the pearl of East Jutland”, nestled next to the Vejle Fjord.
Jonna says that while Brejning welcomes all, they can specifically cater to middle-aged men such as Lasse, as Brejning has a winter swimming club (a common health practice among pensioners), a boating club, and a senior centre.
She even invites Lasse to bring Mark with him, as he can get a room at the Kellers Park hotel (once a mental health facility).
Jonna ends her pitch with a smile and the slogan: “Brejning is the sweet spot between Vejle and Fredericia.” Lasse awards Hadi and Jonna first place.
