Anders breaks his promise
Immediately after reading the task, Anders states that his natural inclination is to just start throwing things at Mark, but promises that he will not.
He then starts to mix a cocktail of tequila, champagne, and Pisang Ambon (banana liqueur).
After pouring the cocktail and adding a straw and a cocktail umbrella, Anders turns his attention to the problem of getting the drink to Mark.
Despite his earlier promise, Anders decides to throw his cocktail to Mark, first making sure that he and Mark are on the same swinging rhythm.
He tosses the cocktail to Mark, who does manages to catch the glass but, unfortunately, it is upside-down, so the entire cocktail ends up in the grass at his feet.
Anders remakes his cocktail and tries the same delivery method again and, this time, the cocktail ends up all over Mark’s shirt.
Anders re-makes the cocktail and tries the same delivery method a third time and, this time, Mark manages to catch the glass with about a quarter of the cocktail still inside of it.
In the studio, when Lasse and the other contestants protest at the combination Anders mixed, Anders defends his cocktail, likening it to the opening notes of The Beatles’ A Hard Day’s Night: atonal, but a hit.
Mark concurs with this evaluation, calling the cocktail “surprisingly good”.
Lasse awards Anders fourth place, because he’d spent the majority of his attempt throwing alcohol at Mark.
