Thomas is incredibly unobservant

Thomas tears several lemons in half with his bare hands, and enlists Mark to do the same, to make the process go faster.

Mark just so happens to halve the lemon containing toothpicks, and places that lemon down on the table among the other lemons, but Thomas does not spot it.

Thomas starts building his tower on the ground, leaning it against the wall so that it does not fall.

He picks up one of the lemons that is next to the toothpick lemon, and starts squeezing it, wondering if squeezing out the juice out will make the lemon tower more stable.

At some point, Thomas abandons the idea of stacking lemons on the ground, as he is seen instead stacking lemon halves on the table.

At one point, he reaches directly over the toothpick lemon to grab the one directly behind it.

He holds his tower up and has Mark measure it, then releases it.

After his tower falls, he argues that it had stood for a second, so the measurement should count.

It is only then that Thomas notices the toothpicks stuck out of one of the lemon halves.

However, he declares that they probably wouldn’t have helped anyway.

His lemon tower is measured at just 6 centimetres tall, which earns him fourth place.
