Stephania mixes some ideas

Stephania experiments with spinning a few pens, then tries to use the vacuum cleaner to keep the spin going.

However, this only results in her accidentally vacuuming up the pen.

While searching the kitchen for something else to spin, Stephania gets the idea to use a handheld electric mixer, the beaters of which would be the object that is spun.

Stephania takes the mixer back into the hall and plugs it in, resting the mixer on the mantelpiece of the fireplace.

She then goes upstairs and retrieves a blanket and pillow for Mark, saying that he might get tired waiting for her object to stop spinning, and she tucks him in before leaving.

Eventually, the vibrations of the mixer cause it to fall off of the mantel, but it does keeps spinning on the floor.

It is revealed that Stephania’s spin had lasted for 62 days, which earns her second place.
