Thomas uses the task brief

Thomas eats a few meatballs while he re-reads the task brief and figures out his plan of action.

He lays down enough meatballs to equal the length of the task brief (12), then uses the brief to measure the front and one of the sides of the shed.

Aware that his time is running out, Thomas then eats an entire handful of meatballs.

Doing the maths in his head, Thomas estimates the perimeter of the shed to be 418 meatballs.

He then eats the rest of the meatballs before leaving.

As the actual answer is 450 meatballs, Thomas earns second place.
