Dai’s razor-sharp admin tool

Dai shares that he likes regularly buying cheap little gifts for himself online which he gets delivered to his house every day, and notes that this involves a lot of “parcel admin”.

He therefore brings in a box-cutter (craft knife), which he says would like to be able to take onto a plane, so he can open some of his parcels.
