Sally's erratic geographic knowledge

Here's a brief description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working writing up more detail!

Sally named several countries more than once, as well as several states and cities. Despite building a tower 8 cans tall, she had only built a tower 2 cans tall by the time she made her first mistake.
