Sam’s actual picture
Sam uses the tip of a nail to scratch into the black paint on the board, to create most of his image.
As he works, he berates the blue hourglass for running for a particularly short amount of time.
Because he essentially just drew a picture, Sam’s is by far the most detailed of all the contestants’ entries, depicting a person with bright golden hair (made using wire), who he says keeps it hidden under a large cowboy hat. He characterises the practice of hiding such beautiful hair as ‘cheeky’.
Greg points out that Sam’s justification is cheeky in and of itself, and so awards him joint first place.
