Maria plays a game of questions

Maria asks David if he wants to play a game of questions, in which she will ask him ‘yes’ or ‘no’ questions, and he is not permitted to speak.

She then asks if David’s full name is David Sundin. In response, David nods very carefully, and then tells Maria that the apple might fall off of his head, if he nods more emphatically. Maria presses on, asking David if he wants for that to happen (presumably testing to see if his head shake will knock the apple off, instead).

After a quick re-read of the task brief, Maria then realises that although she is not allowed to enter the ring, there is nothing in the rules about moving the boundary. Maria then picks up the rope and dashes towards David, plucking the apple from his head and then kissing him on the forehead.

Maria completes the task in 1 minute and 48 seconds, and earns second place.
