Episode synopsis

In this episode the contestants must transport a coconut as far as possible, make the best invention, throw something into something else, release Mark, and write down and then mime a fantasy animal.

'The fruit panda' was a character invented by Melvin Kakooza for the 'Make the best invention' task.

Taskmaster Intro

Good evening and welcome. My name is Lasse Rimmer, and your Taskmaster. My brain is twisted for diabolical tasks, and my favourite entertainers are ready to solve them for your and my pleasure. This season coming to an end, so it will be interesting to see how the participants are doing tonight. Should we greet them.

Episode prize

The prize in this episode is Jacob Taarnhøj’s honour, which he admits he does not have much of, but which is represented by a Talent Award from the 2017 Zulu Comedy Gala (a televised awards ceremony focused on stand-up comedy). Jacob vows that, if he loses the episode, he will perform a comedy show where he will purposefully not be funny, in front of a paying audience who does not know he has made this vow, instead praising the winner for 10 entire minutes. He reportedly followed through on this promise in May 2019, appearing on stage in a packed comedy club in Amager and humourlessly proceeding to praise Sofie Linde for over eight minutes, to the confusion and ‘pity laughs’ of the audience.
