Episode synopsis

In this episode the contestants must bring in the most beloved family heirloom, blow an egg the furthest from a table, be as unhealthy as possible, do the most impressive thing hands-free, and spell the longest word using alphabet soup.

'Unhealth must be dead' was the reasoning behind Angella Dravid's attempt at the 'Be as unhealthy as possible' task.

• On Sweden's SVT Play streaming platform, this episode is titled 'Den ursprungliga superspridaren', which translates as 'The original super-spreader'. This is a translated direct quote from Madeleine Sami, in relation to her attempt at the 'Be as unhealthy as possible' task, in which she had members of the production crew cough on her.
