Episode synopsis
In this episode the contestants must bring in the worst thing to show the Taskmaster, hit Paul with a frisbee, go on a convincing fake holiday, paint the Taskmaster like a 5-year-old, and sculpt the third most impressive dog.
Title context
'An intervention' was what Guy WIlliams thought the show was turning into, after he was confronted by Jeremy Wells over his reckless behaviour, during the 'Hit Paul with a frisbee' task.
Alternate Titles
- On Sweden's SVT Play streaming platform, this episode is titled 'En övertygande fejksemester', which translates as 'A convincing fake holiday'. This is a reference to the 'Go on a convincing fake holiday' task. [Translator credit: DANI]
Assistant Intro
And, to my left, a man who is, in many ways, the receptionist of Taskmaster. Nothing would get done without him. It's Paul Anthony Williams.
Taskmaster's Sign-off
What a rewarding hour of television it's been. We've learned that overseas travel is possible in 2020, you just need a Bunnings lawn chair. We've learned that children paint like children much better than adults. And, yes, we've learned that our winner for episode seven is Leigh Hart. Congratulations.
