Episode 10: Fun sexy wrestle

Episode synopsis

In this episode, the contestants must bring in something that Lloyd Langford has never heard of, avoid being papped by Tom Cashman, apply for their childhood dream job, throw something at Tom Cashman, collaborate on a short action film, and build a marshmallow tower.

In a thrilling season tie-breaker, two of the contestants then have to guess how heavy the Taskmaster trophy is.

Josh Thomas suggests that he could have climbed underneath Tom Cashman’s camo net, preventing him from using his camera, and that they could have had “a fun, sexy wrestle” during the ‘Avoid being papped by Tom’ task.

Taskmaster Intro

Hello and welcome to the grand finale of Taskmaster Australia season two. This is the final episode of the series, and I am the final man. When I perish, so will every other human being on this planet, because I am the Taskmaster. Tonight, we will see our contestants attempt their final set of tasks and, by the end of this show, we will have a series champion, for which they will receive this - a chocolate-filled, gold foil-wrapped statue of my glorious head. This is my 10th time introducing them, and I'm almost sick of it, but let's do it once again for good measure.

Taskmaster's Sign-off

So, what have we learned from this episode? Hey, fun boy!... Good on you, Wil, for winning it! Give him a big hand! Alright, we made it to the end. Some doubted us even more than Wil's parents doubted him. But we did it, we survived, even after all the throwing, catching, hiding, and shit-shovelling that was season two. I'm proud to say we have a winner.

Note: As he says ‘Hey, fun boy!’, Tom Gleeson throws what appears to be a baseball at Tom Cashman who, consistent with his performance during everyone’s attempts at the ‘Throw something at Tom’ task, fails to catch it.
