Suurmestari House (Season 5)
Villa Frosterus is a two-storey villa located in Soukanniemi, Espoo, Finland.
The villa, completed in 1913, was designed and built by the architect Sigurd Frosterus as his summer retreat.
Sigurd Frosterus also designed the Stockmann department store in 1916, and the villa Tamminiemi in 1904, which formerly served as the Finnish President's official residence in Helsinki, but is now home to the Urho Kekkonen Museum.
The town of Kauniainen acquired Villa Frosterus and the six-hectare area of Soukanniemi that surrounds it in 1989, and the area is currently a recreation area for Kauniainen residents, offering opportunities for outdoor activities, beach life, and island experiences.
