Season synopsis

Production of the fifth season of Taskmaster PT is currently underway, with studio recordings having taken place between the 4th and 19th of November, and the season is expected to begin airing in early 2025.

The fixed contestants for the season will be Gilmário Vemba (previously a fixed contestant in both seasons 1 and 2), Gabriela Barros (previously a guest contestant in season 2, and a fixed contestant in season 3), and newcomers Ana García Martins and Pedro Alves.

The season will have 10 episodes, rather than the usual eight.

Notes

• On the 7th of August 2024, it was reported that the fixed cast for the fifth season of Taskmaster PT would consist of Cândido Costa, Gabriela Barros, Diogo Valsassina, and Ana García Martins.
• On the 9th of August 2024, it was reported that filming for the season would begin in late 2024, and that it would begin airing during the first quarter of 2025.
• On the 18th of September 2024, it was reported that the fixed contestants for the season will be Gilmário Vemba, Gabriela Barros, Ana García Martins, and Pedro Alves.
• On the 9th of October 2024, the cast of fixed contestants was confirmed as previously reported.
