Ben’s traumatic cricket trophy

Ben brings in the 2019 Cricket World Cup, which New Zealand lost to England, following a super over.

He says for cricket fans, the trauma is always with them, and so this is easily the worst cup. Jeremy is not pleased that Ben has brought the trauma back to him, and describes the super over as one of the worst moments of his life.

Hayley quickly advises Abby not to ask questions about it, because then Jeremy would just keep talking about cricket. When Abby asks if someone had died, Ben says “a part of us all died”.

Jeremy says that he personally loves the Cricket World Cup, and so Ben earns just 1 point.
