Sue’s cherished photo

Sue shares that one of the favourite things she sees each day in her kitchen is a photograph of her, her mother, and one of her friends with Paul McCartney.

When she notes that both her mother and her friend are now deceased, Greg removes his glasses, which makes her think that she’s making him emotional. However, he quickly corrects her by stating that, actually, she’s just making it difficult for him to score her badly for her prize.

When the photo is revealed, everyone is suitably impressed, and the audience “Awww”s, but Sue acknowledges at this point, with a little regret, that “it’s a comedy show”.

When handing out points, Greg acknowledges that Sue obviously had a lovely relationship with her mother, and he awards her joint first place with David, and 5 points.
