Viivi’s mosquito hat

Viivi brings in what initially seems like a sweet gift: a hat designed to repel mosquitos for when Jaakko explores the woods.

According to Pilvi, Viivi says that Jaakko definitely needs the hat, as he’s “so often in the garden”. This is a Finnish idiom for being confused, comparable to the English idiom ‘at sea’. The other contestants call Viivi’s prize offering brave, and Jaakko agrees.

Jaakko says he doesn’t actually want any of the prizes, and awards everyone 2 points each.
