Ben proves quite sprightly, for a 70-year-old, 500kg man

After receiving 10 copies of the task brief from Paul, Ben says “Imagine your wheelie bin at the end of the week”.
He initially claims that he can perform a handspring, but then admits that he can only do something similar to a cartwheel handspring. Out on the lawn, Ben announces that he is going to perform 10 handspring/cartwheels, with added actions between each.
After his first cartwheel, he climbs through a hula-hoop which Paul is holding. After the second, he throws a ball into a bucket (although the bucket then falls over, and the ball rolls back out). After the third cartwheel, he jumps over an exercise ball. After the fourth, he hits a ball with a bat, and after the fifth he hits a ball with a golf club. After his sixth cartwheel, he attempts to flip a bottle and land it on its base, but has to try several times before succeeding. After his seventh, he jumps on a trampette, and after his eighth he plays a few notes on a recorder and then jumps over Paul, who is lying on the grass. He then completes his final cartwheel.
In the studio, when Jeremy states that Ben’s performance was incredible for a “115kg, 48-year-old man”, Ben claims that there was “a little bit of spice” added to those numbers. After another comment from Jeremy about how impressed he is, Hayley interjects with “especially for 120kg, 59-year-old man”. Ben then joins in with the figure inflation, noting that he is a “60-year-old, 400kg man”.
When Jeremy states that he felt that Ben had undone his good work with the cartwheels with some “really ordinary work” in between them, Ben argues that the extras were “for the experts”.
Ben earns 2 points for his athletic performance.
