Erik’s beer mitten

Erik brings in something he claims to have actually come across during his younger years living in the Norwegian countryside, that he genuinely thought was cool.
As he drapes it over his neck, Tara Lina questions if he has brought in the “Orderud sock” (a piece of evidence from one of Norway’s most famous murder cases). Erik acknowledges that it looks similar, but clarifies that it is in fact a “beer mitten”.
Erik models his invention – simply holding a cold beer in the hand wearing the sock – to cheers from the audience. He then laments that now he has moved to a larger city, he no longer has much use for his beer mitten, and demonstrates this by struggling to hold onto a martini glass while wearing it.
Atle awards Erik second place.
